Tokens appearing within the Project are functional instruments of the ecosystem, designed exclusively to enable usage rights within the Platform. They do not possess financial attributes and do not represent any claim of rights.

2. Jurisdiction Restriction

In accordance with applicable policies and regional regulations, the Project does not provide token purchase, exchange channels, or related services to the following jurisdictions

• Mainland China
• Residents of Singapore
• The United States, Canada, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and other sanctioned regions
• Regions where virtual assets are subject to special regulatory requirements

Tokens do not carry investment, profit-sharing, distribution, guarantee, or return characteristics.

They shall not be deemed securities, equity, debt, options, or any financial instruments.

The Project makes no representation, warranty, or commitment regarding the future performance of tokens.

4. Usage Notice

Users acknowledge and agree that

• Tokens are applicable only within the ecosystem and carry no external value commitment.
• Tokens shall not be used for investment or asset allocation purposes.
• Tokens shall not serve as a store of value.
• Related activities are limited to functional experience and participation in community events.

The Project shall not organize, direct, or encourage any discussion of token-related value.

5. Risk Disclosure

Users must fully understand and accept that

• Digital tools may exhibit technical instability.
• Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, or failures.
• User activities may be restricted by local policies.
• Losses may occur due to individual operational errors.

The Project disclaims liability for any consequences arising from user judgment or actions.

Users who circumvent jurisdictional restrictions shall bear full responsibility for the consequences of their actions.

7. User Responsibility Statement

Prior to participating in platform usage or community activities, users must confirm that
