The Platform does not, under any circumstances, provide financial, investment, wealth management, custodial, or asset management services.

Users acknowledge and agree that tokens and related functions shall be regarded exclusively as tools for accessing platform features, and shall not be used for asset management, investment, or profit-generating purposes.

2. Nature of Platform Functions

• Platform tokens serve only as access credentials or functional tools, enabling participation in ecosystem services or community activities.
• Tokens do not possess financial attributes and shall not be construed as equity, debt, profit rights, or any form of investment entitlement.
• Platform functions are intended solely for technical, entertainment, or community interaction purposes, and shall not be deemed instruments of asset allocation or value appreciation.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users shall independently determine whether to utilize tokens and platform functions, and shall bear full responsibility for their actions.
• The Platform disclaims liability for any consequences arising from user operations, digital asset conditions, or on-chain activities.
• Users who are minors or reside in restricted jurisdictions shall access the Platform only under guardian supervision or in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Platform makes no warranty regarding token value, functional effectiveness, or continuous availability of services.
• The Platform does not provide any form of return, guarantee, or promise of profit.
• By accessing or using the Platform, users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Statement of Non-Provision of Financial Services in full.
